I led a brand refresh centered on a redesigned website built to improve visibility, responsiveness, and CRO. The new site elevated the digital presence and made it easier for customers to explore services, request quotes, and take the next step toward solar.

Objective

To create a brand experience that felt modern, cohesive, and memorable while making the website more responsive and conversion-focused.

The refresh blended clean design with a campaign launch that brought the new identity to life across digital and physical touchpoints.

The campaign was supported by Flow Ninja for website design and development,  Demand IQ for ad creative video, and an internal team comprised of a graphic designer for marketing asset production and a paid media specialist.

I led the overall strategy and directed the implementation and execution across all marketing initiatives to ensure alignment and impact.

Results

Website: Six months post-launch, organic traffic increased 165%, significantly boosting visibility and lead generation.

Billboard: A three-month campaign on Kansas City’s busiest interstate generated 15 new customers and $450K in revenue, against a $21K cost.

Email: Drip and nurture campaigns via HubSpot improved open rates by 45% and CTR by 134%.

PPC: Redesigned creative produced $1.1M in attributed revenue with a 7.3x ROAS.

Conclusion

Through a coordinated brand refresh and multi-channel campaign, the company achieved measurable gains in visibility, engagement, and revenue growth.
